About David Nettleton

David F. Nettleton is Senior Data Mining Analyst with IRIS Technology Solutions since 2015. At IRIS he covers AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics/Modeling and Digital Twin areas of EU Horizon and B2B projects. He also supports development teams in EU funded work, focused on advanced industrial process modeling, as well as EU Horizon proposal writing and supervision of research fellows and masters internships. Current EU Horizon projects include: ETERNAL (Establishing safe and sustainable pharmaceutical lifecycles by design, and AIDPATH (AI Powered, Decentralized Production for Advanced Therapies in the Hospital, From 2004 to 2015 he lectured and conducted research at the Pompeu Fabra University (Web Research Group), the (Ares Team for Advanced Research on Information Security and Privacy), and the Ramon Llull University with the GRSI (Intelligent Systems Research Group). From 1985 until 2004 he worked for a diversity of companies in different sectors, such as Systems Designers, Plc.(UK), IBM Global Services, Carburos Metalicos, Laboratorios Menarini and Coritel. He has also been involved in business startups, such as TAD Sistemas (acquired by Bertelsmann AG in His research interests include industrial data mining/modeling/analysis, privacy preserving data publishing, synthetic data generation, information retrieval, online social network graph analysis (European patent application) and multi-agent systems. His IT Industrial experience includes: project management (Coritel), consultancy (IBM), programming and analysis, business startups (TAD Sistemas). Specialized in data analytics & modeling/artificial intelligence.
