Significant accomplishments include- In 2008, As FD, sale of Creditex for $520 million to (ICE). In 2013, obtaining a credit rating from S&P and Moody’s in connection with the acquisition of the New York Stock Exchange. Launching a related inaugural debt capital markets transaction and commercial paper program- In 2014, completed the IPO of Euronext- In 2017, at ICE Futures Europe and ICE Clear Europe, the world's leading venue for trading and clearing futures and options contracts for crude oil (including ICE Brent), interest rates, equity derivatives, natural gas, power, coal, emissions and soft commodities, I developed and implemented capital management frameworks and replenishment plans for heavily regulated markets- In 2019, established ICE Futures Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi’s first energy (oil) derivatives market- As Chief Financial Officer at ADX i) delivered a business & operating model refresh initiative that aligned with strategic goals for growth and innovation, significantly improving revenue prospects, ii) launched an organizational change program, addressing culture and values, optimizing fitment, functions and roles to maximize workforce accountability and effectiveness led in the hiring of the C-level roles in Technology, Risk and Business Development
