I am the founder and sole contributor to http://TheProjectManagement.Expert I am a successful and versatile Director, Senior Project / Program Manager with a verifiable track record. Currently working in ESW (formerly eShopworld). I have over 30 years experience with the worlds leading travel software company – OpenJaw, SITA. I am known for delivering large business transformation projects that require significant integration across multiple teams and suppliers. In my role of Director of Project Management Office (PMO), I develop and implement standards & processes and provide governance. I provide reusable templates and train Project Managers in best practices. I track all projects and report KPIs to the Executive Board. Since establishing the PMO, all customer service engagements have been successful and profitable. In my roles as Senior Project / Program Manager, I have delivered over 100 projects by relying upon my structured approach to project management. As a Project Director, I've overseen over 150 Go-Lives. With a keen understanding of business, I am involved in all aspects of the project from initial contractual negotiations to Go-Lives. I enjoy building & maintain strong relationships at all levels by communicating clearly and delivering on my word.
