I am a strategic and passionate business professional. I have high level views and wide range of experiences in the food and drug manufacturing industries working in the research and development fields. My current job is to spearhead safe and effective new drug product formulation from lab bench to commercialization. In my previous years, I have undertaken critical roles within various phases of new CPG product development from concept to commercialization, specializing in instant noodles. My ability to critically think as well as to analyze—gather, organize, and interpret data—has positioned me to translate multifaceted business objectives into success. I am a certified Six Sigma Green Belt in Manufacturing. I possess marketing fundamentals and practical tools that I learned in a very selective task force team. I have Food Product Development Certificate from Cornell University.
