My name is David Olszewski and I am a highly skilled and accomplished individual with extensive experience in healthcare management. I have been working with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare (now Ascension) since I was sixteen years old in various roles in nursing support, patient scheduling and billing, and materials management. Currently, I serve as the Manager, Field Operations at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee. My strong work ethic and dedication to the healthcare industry have made me an integral part of the team. My most recent role was Manager, Sterile Processing for Ascension All Saints, St. Francis, and Mount Pleasant Ambulatory Surgery Center. Furthermore, I have completed my bachelor's degree in Business Entrepreneurship with a 4.0 GPA in June 2023, and I am a member of the NSCS and Alpha Chi honor societies in the Grand Canyon University chapter. I have also obtained my green belt in LEAN Six Sigma and am HSPA (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association) certified as of February 27, 2023. I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Leadership at Grand Canyon University with an expected graduation date of April 2, 2025. On a personal level, I am a determined and motivated individual who enjoys solving complex problems and supporting clinicians to care for patients. I am a quick learner and have a natural talent for leadership and management. My passion for healthcare and entrepreneurship makes me an excellent candidate for any business proposal related to the healthcare industry.
