The practice is process-driven with the aim of consistency of service delivery and speed to market with our clients’ real estate. The team has multi-assignment transaction experience on a global basis and coordinates it's activities through state-of-the art real estate database platforms and technology. We offer measurable results while annually being recognized by NAIOP with awards for International Broker and Transaction of the Year. The practice was founded over 40 years ago and we have successfully completed multiple transactions on every continent of the globe with the ability to choose the best in class local providers within each respective country. We take a 24/7 approach to serving our global clients with several members having lived abroad while gaining cultural sensitivity to the respective countries that we serve. The team is hardworking, diligent, and operates with mutual respect for each other and our clients.
