About David Oommen

I am CPA, CA currently in the role of Chief Financial Officer at Park View Homes group based out of Ottawa, Canada. Park View is a mid-market company employing over 60 employees and selling around 80 homes a year. I work closely with the CEO to set the strategy & direction of the company and have been established as a leader of the company within my first year. In addition, I have established and maintain the finance and accounting functions within the group. Additionally, I have have over a decade of work experience including financial and strategic management consulting (Digility Consulting in Oslo, Norway), financial audit (Office of the Auditor General of Canada) and taxation (Grant Thornton LLP). During this time I have obtained a wealth of experience in assurance and financial reporting, finance, strategy and taxation. I am passionate about what I do and look forward to every opportunity to learn and enhance my expertise. As a well-rounded professional, I display a high degree of initiative and self-motivation. Additionally, through my volunteer experiences and academic achievements, my willingness and ability to lead are displayed.
