About David Osteen

I am passionate about helping innovative companies of all sizes flourish. Although I am a registered patent attorney and intellectual property attorney focusing on transactional work, I have helped my clients with all types of issues including with employment, corporate counseling, and dispute resolution. I have extensive experience in negotiating and drafting all sorts of agreements including-contractor and vendor agreements-software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements-IP license agreements of all kinds, and -various types of other commercial agreements. I have helped a wide range of clients on intellectual property issues including tech startups, wireless communications companies, private equity firms, online publishers, artists, and hospitality companies. I have worked for large law firms and been in-house. I have a broad background in intellectual property and tech law, having handled client issues in legal fields from M&A work, privacy law, trademark and patent prosecution, to patent litigation and intellectual property arbitration. I am currently temporary in-house counsel at a company focusing on online payment management and processing for professionals.
