I am a results-driven management professional with a rich and diverse background spanning both the private and nonprofit sectors. My passion is rooted in service—to community, to people, and to the planet. Through innovative, relationship-centered leadership, I consistently deliver positive outcomes by empowering teams and optimizing operational systems. After a successful private-sector career, I shifted my focus to mission-driven work, earning an MBA in Responsible Business to deepen my understanding of sustainable systems and ethical leadership. Coupled with my academic background in Collaborative Health and Human Services, I’ve developed a strong foundation in inter-agency collaboration, evidence-based best practices, and culturally competent leadership. I value both innovation and tradition, and believe the strength of any organization is measured through its relationships. Today, I lead with purpose in the fight against food insecurity, developing scalable food recovery systems that serve both people and the planet. In a state where nearly 6 million tons of food are wasted annually and 1 in 4 Californians faces food insecurity, I am working to close the gap with sustainable, community-centered solutions. Outside the office, I guide backcountry wilderness expeditions in Yosemite, helping others reconnect with nature, each other, and themselves. These outdoor journeys are more than adventure—they’re opportunities for transformation. Whether in the boardroom or on the trail, my purpose is clear: to serve, to lead, and to uplift.
