About David Padulo

David Padulo is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Grade Portfolio Management for Guardian Life Insurance portfolios, sub-advised mutual funds, FABN and pension separate accounts. David is also a client portfolio manager and presents updates to third party accounts and also to various internal and external boards. Additionally, he helps present and market Guardian’s FABN business to analysts and investors at industry conferences and one on one meetings. During his carer, David has help develop credit talent and remains a mentor to many colleagues and industry peers. Prior to joining Guardian he worked at Millennium Partners where he was a senior credit analyst responsible for consumer products and retail, as well as having exposure to several other credit areas. Prior to that, his early career at Bear Stearns, where he held a succession of positions in capital structure and convertible bond arbitrage. David's investment experience has covered investment grade, high yield, rates, volatility and arbitrage. David holds a B.A. in business administration from Skidmore College and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. He has a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute, the New York Society of Security Analysts. David also serves on the Board of Directors of the Credit Round Table and is well as Biodiversity Works and Friends of Rogers Refuge. In his spare time, David is an avid birder and a gigging musician.
