I believe that "You are what you do when it counts"(John Steakley, Armor). I am hard-working, pro-active and - although process-oriented - I believe that Culture always eats Strategy for Breakfast, which is why emotional intelligence is quite surely one of the prime X-factors. I have faith in the organise & just-do-it principle, with delayed pleading for forgiveness. My main shortfalling is that when I err, I do so on the side of accuracy, instead of haste. I have a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Ljubljana and 25 years of experience in software development, technical writing, para-legal document crafting, processes creation, copy-writing and redacting. In the last 10 years I have focused on, and gained considerable experience in- Acting as IT Support Officer- Project Managing- Performing as a Tender Officer- Serving as an HRM Officer- Effecting Legal Oversight and Para-legal management of documents- Integrating Tools and Work Processes- Serving as a Kanban Master (building upon Atlassian's Jira, Tempo, Confluence and Trello)- Team-leading middle management- Planning Company reorganization and restructuring- Performing Key Accounts Management and CRM- Reporting to the CEO and Company stakeholders; I have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and feel also comfortable in Customer Relationship Management, Technical Sales Support roles or demanding business negotiations. To wit: as a multi-disciplinary trouble-shooter I also seek challenges - complex task, process or communication problems. I then find their optimal solution within the time & resources allocated, implement the solution using both logic and people skills and document the process discovered, so others in the company can use the solution as a standardized I am experienced enough to fit in a team quickly, disciplined enough to efficiently manage myself and wise enough to know when to stop telling jokes.
