A highly motivated individual who has a passion for aiding and supporting in the rehabilitation of others. Striving to improve and develop services and reach. I pride myself in promoting and achieving positive outcomes for individuals and communities. I consider myself to be a reliable and committed individual. With experience within a wide range of specialties, including housing, homelessness, criminal justice sector, fundraising, volunteering, charity and social enterprise works. This includes extensive knowledge of Substance misuse, offending, Mental Health Services, unemployment, and project management, delivering bespoke services whilst managing and growing departments and support across the UK. Having over 25 Years’ management experience in supporting development opportunities within communities and growing much needed and underfunded services. I have a successful track record of effective relationships with commissioners, local and national government authorities, NHS, prison services, probation, and the police. My current employment at Recycling lives has given me unique opportunities to work across different specialisms, allowing us to make and gain important contacts and to expand our bespoke services. We also receive funding via donations, sponsorship and awards.
