Prior to this role, was CEO of Deloitte CIS (includes Russia, Ukraine and 9 other countries) from 2007-2011. Led development and implementation of growth and post-financial crisis strategies. Navigated 2008 crisis successfully and left CIS member firm fully capitalized with 5 years of financial support and profitability. Having relocated to Russia in held various leadership roles with Deloitte CIS and helped grow the organization from $13M in to $280M in 2007. Built a strong, cohesive, multicultural team that recognized and addressed issues between locals and foreigners. In addition to leading Audit, starting and leading an Enterprise Risk Services group, was also COO for one year and led the Talent team and was the Executive sponsor.
