I have exposure to food manufacturing processes and service equipment used in the industry; I have service equipment at companies such as Cerebos, Coca Cola, Kellogs, Wrigley’s, as well as others involved in manufacturing of medicine. For the last 10 years I worked in a service environment attending mechanical/electrical breakdowns of plant and machinery covering over 300 stations on the NSW rail network, the work was fast and important as the systems availability was directly proportional to the revenue generated, and customer satisfaction was part of our KPI’s. Procurement management aligning the approach with the project’s requirements to overcome identified constraints. A realistic understanding of risk and approaches in taking appropriate action to manage risk; and project governance and compliance. Strong track record for economic management and performance using earned value management principals.
