Having worked for a number of large global Facilities Management companies within the last 14 years, I have a very firm understanding and experience of FM contracts and the way in which we can deliver solutions (Hard and Soft services) to enable us to work with clients to achieve the goals set out before us. I have solid experience in the FM Sector including managing soft and hard service delivery teams. I am professional, presentable, flexible, approachable, efficient and able to motivate others. Posessing excellent Microsoft Office IT skills, written communications and reporting. A natural customer service attitude in order to deliver a five star service with the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues. Contract knowledge and standards to provide advice, help and support with a firm and clear understanding of risk assessments and hazard prevention. The world of FM is always evolving and it takes someone with real creativity and passion to build relationships and utilise all of the tools and services available, to deliver outstanding and consistent results.
