About David Perl

I am a multidisciplinary researcher and designer with a decade of experience spread across architecture, UX research and digital design. Recently, I transitioned into customer experience (CX) research with an emphasis on qualitative research, but have a background in user experience (UX) research, as well as strategic foresight and futures design. I employ various methodologies to collect insights from individuals to communicate their stories effectively to my marketing stakeholders, in an effort to build better products for our customers. Additionally, I have experience with design project management to help teams stay focussed, satisfy stakeholders, complete deliverables and launch products on time. My shift to “digital architecture” has allowed me to continue my passion for connecting with users, understanding their pain points to discover opportunities, and create more meaningful digital experiences for them to interact with.
