About David Pham

Howdy! My name is David Pham and I want to make an impact on not only my workplace but my community. While completing my undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Texas A&M University, I spent my summers interning at different Lockheed Martin locations across the nation. Through my internships, I had the opportunity to lead various engineering projects that designed CAD models which helped aid programs in conducting tests and delivering meaningful analyses such as leading a small-scale leak test that resulted in a 5% maximum pressure leakage, allowing the program to successfully pass the research and development and advance to the manufacturing process. In addition, I led a team, serving as the financial lead and project manager, which designed and manufactured an active stabilization system that helps transport organs and extremely sensitive equipment from hospital to hospital via drones for my capstone project. My most fulfilling moments were the time I had the chance to volunteer at several Title 1 schools, mentoring the youth about engineering through exciting science experiments. Each interaction allowed me to witness their spark of curiosity and their passion for learning, reinforcing my belief in the importance of helping others. The roles I took on throughout my internship and undergraduate degree ignited my interest in making an everlasting impact in helping others who come from struggling backgrounds. To achieve my goals, I went back to Texas A&M to get my Engineering MBA degree because of the university’s core values, mainly selfless service which aligned with my core values, as well as your company’s value of making an impact. I am excited to bring my engineering skills, along with my newly developed business acumen to make an impact and difference on your organization, improving the lives of everyone.
