With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, I have a proven track record of driving dynamic and sustainable revenue growth, increasing market share, and penetrating new markets across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions. As a former head of sales for ROLI, I crafted and deployed a new sales strategy that turned a declining business into one of growth, achieving operational profitability in 2020. I also restored partner confidence, optimised channel margin, and delivered category sales plans to support directional business growth. In my current role, I leverage my extensive network and expertise in music publishing and licensing to create and deliver compelling music content and partnerships for ROLI's products and platforms. I am passionate about travelling, learning, and embracing new challenges, and I enjoy rock climbing as a way to relax and simplify.
