I am a hugely experienced Procurement Professional operating in a fast moving and highly challenging environment to consistently deliver and exceed business objectives.My core attributes are as follows- I have extensive experience of developing and managing a wide range of indirect Procurement Categories and contracts to optimise my personal impact to meet or exceed business expectations and to promote Procurement as a valued business partner- I build early credibility to earn my seat at the table, secure early engagement and am experienced in being able to challenge the business to ensure decisions are made with 'big picture' consideration- I work closely with operational budget owners, Finance teams and SME's to ensure clear alignment at the start of any engagement up to any decision point and throughout 'in life' contract delivery- I have excellent interpersonal skills commensurate with working at senior level up to and including MD, CFO and CPO level as and when required.As an individual I am highly personable and passionate about what I do and have successfully led multiple operational procurement teams, delivered numerous strategically important projects, all of which have earned me the respect and confidence of my stakeholders and supplier partners alike.
