Last couple of years supporting companies moving off the DMS platform to META and de-growing the DMS facilities. Current Update has of 2017, In 2016 Alcatel-Lucent was purchased by NOKIA, during this time I have added Several additional responsibilities to my portfolio, This includes support for, Acme, Allen Netkit, Audio Codes, Comverse, Dell servers, ECI, HP servers, IBM servers, Spirent, Stratus, Anda, Tollgrade, Teradyne, and VCS,SKII,CommKit,LCS60, Applied Innovation AIFirewall (View), Kentrox Protocol Gateways/ RMX-3200, Marconi ASX Series. Still support Passport (all), DMS all including DMS-10 and remotes "Subject Matter Expert" and CS2K and peripherals. Last 4+ years supporting Alcatel-Lucent on Passport 7K, 15K and Passport 8600, Redback 400/800 Smartedge and additional support for DMS-10, DMS-100, OMCR cellular, SDM and CS2K. 28 Years with Nortel/Genband 10 Years of which included Instructor for DMS-10 software/hardware/maintenance/engineering/ subject matter expert for DMS-10 Remotes and instructing DMS HLR/VLR for GSM and the BSS radio equipment maintenance/engineering/ Remaining Years in Emergency Recovery Supporting the following: Experience on DMS-100/200/250/300/500 switches and peripherals including all Remote Nortel equipment.
