About David Pierce

With a dual background in law and business (JD, MBA, CPA), I’ve spent the past two decades helping leadership teams navigate legal complexity while moving fast. I specialize in contract strategy, privacy compliance, and cross-functional legal counsel—particularly in SaaS and healthcare environments. Whether I’m advising a founder, a Board, or a product team, my approach is the same: clear, practical, and rooted in business priorities. I’ve built legal functions, negotiated critical partnerships, and led regulatory readiness across U.S. and international frameworks. I believe legal should be a growth enabler—not a roadblock—and I work hard to be a trusted, go-to partner for the teams I support.
