Over ten years of sales experience including managing lead production at 11 Bank of America branches in Marin and San Francisco Counties. These duties include motivating the team to reach goals, training staff to increase referrals and collaborating with branch management. As an Assistant Vice President, Merchant Services Specialist, I effectively assessed customer needs, closed sales and was responsible for error-free installation of new hardware and software. From August 2013 to August 2014 I achieved 142% of total revenue goal. I moved to the United States from Peru at age 16 and worked hard to achieve my current level of success. Through diligence and tenacity was also awarded numerous private scholarships in order to attend San Francisco State University. These scholarships included Degrees Undergraduate Scholarship, Hispanic Scholarship Fund Scholarship, Gruber Family Foundation Scholarship, Kiwanis Scholarships, Univision Scholarship and more. Earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business with an emphasis in Corporate Finance, all while working full time. Prior to graduation, was hired by Bank of America as Assistant Vice President, Merchant Services Specialist. I continue to excel in sales and in 2016 I received a Certificate of achievement award from Bank of America for being number one in average revenue per account. In 2021 I received a certificate of award for top profit per account from Fiserv. In addition, I continued my education in 2019 received an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I strive to accomplish everything through my tenacious and innovative mind.
