For the last 15+ years, I have been providing customer service and developing my interpersonal communication skills with a diverse clientele. My role in customer service has provided me with the tools necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment, completing tasks accurately and efficiently. Organization plays a key role in providing high quality customer service. As an experienced customer service representative, time management is an irreplaceable skill that complements my organizational skills. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Certificate in Microsoft Office Elements 2013 from the University of Waterloo. My experiences as a university student enabled me to develop my written communication skills and the ability to research and critique information. Additionally, I have a Diploma in Executive Office Administration from Conestoga College.The training I received working towards my Diploma has given me tremendous confidence to thrive in an Office Administration setting. My education has provided me with the tools necessary to have a successful career.
