I’m someone who loves a good challenge and thrives on turning messy problems into smooth, workable solutions. My approach is simple: listen, collaborate, and get things done. I work closely with teams and clients to make sure we’re all aligned and moving toward the same goal—without too much drama. My time spent working with NGOs has taught me a lot about different perspectives (and how to communicate effectively with all kinds of people). It’s also shown me that leadership isn’t about being the smartest person in the room—it’s about making sure everyone else feels supported, heard, and ready to do their best work. When I’m not managing projects, you’ll probably find me coaching or refereeing touch rugby. It’s a great way to practice teamwork, discipline, and how to keep things fair (even if the referee always gets blamed). These experiences have taught me a lot about what it takes to build strong, cohesive teams—both on and off the field. I’m always learning, always open to new ideas, and always happy to connect with others who are as excited as I am about making things better.
