About David Pither

I have been involved in construction since 2006 having worked on construction sites with some of the largest brands in Retail and Logisitics. I have been fortunate enough to gain experience working within Construction companies as part of the delivery team before moving across to the client side of the process. In 2015 I started my own Project Management Company which I ran successfully as well as delivering PM services to many high Street retail brands until 2019 before starting work for a Consultancy in Europe and the UK helping to deliver projects for a major logistical organisation I moved into the Development world with the aim of building the Scannell brand and delivering quality developments. I am now working as a Construction Manager in the UK and have completed NVQ level 7 and Black CSCS card and have also delivered new build supermarket's and logistical warehouses in both the UK and Europe partnering various GC's throughout the process from start to finish.
