Over forty five years of experience in the Information Technology sector. Spent 14 years doing pre and post sales support for computer systems manufacturers including positions as a District Systems Analyst. In my work with computer systems manufacturers I managed numerous alpha and beta test sites. Also did QA testing and management of a QA staff at a satellite data communcations company. I transitioned into the Configuration Management group and was responsible for a custom problem tracking application. I have extensive database expertise including Oracle, Informix, Ingres, Unify Dataserver, Sybase, MS SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL. Worked as a consultant for a database company supporting their database and 4GL application development products. Returned to Configuration Management after my tenure as a database/application consultant and have been responsibile for software builds, release management, software metrics and software configuration management application integration as well as a concentration on automating appropriate functions. Specialties: Configuration Management, Application Development (including web based applications using PHP and Ajax), Database Administration and Development.
