About David Pollard

I work with clients to help them bring their strategy to life, whether that be through the design and implementation of an operating model that structures their organisation to deliver value to their users, or delivering transformation programmes to enable clients to drive outcomes to meet their strategic goals. Having worked across a number of sectors including Health, & Care Financial Services, Public Sector, Energy & Utilities and TMT, my experience has exposed me to best practice in the end-to-end definition and delivery of strategic transformation. Previously I worked for Nationwide as a Business Analyst, working across the project lifecycle in both waterfall and agile delivery environments in a range of Change Management roles. I also have a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Bath and as part of that degree I completed a Year in Industry at Transport for London in Commercial Procurement, working on both procurement and contract management.
