My main career goal is to gain role specific qualifications and manage a team within three years. I am keen to work for an organisation that welcomes new ideas and technology with clear progression opportunities and ethical values. Working at all levels, from advisor, supervisor to manager, all of my roles have been a combination of being a facilitator, coordinator and an analyst. Combining a strong Business Development, Sales and Coaching background, project management skills were founded early having started out self-employed. The ability to delegate while positively encouraging others to take ownership to achieve has been a key strength along with networking and client engagement techniques. I have vast experience of working in a demanding environment with changing priorities, possessing first class analytical abilities allowing me to conduct detailed analysis and reports of my findings. Displaying a genuine respect for others has gained the trust and friendship of colleagues and clients. Using initiative under pressure to negotiate obstacles, combined with success and achievement has ensured steady progression. Throughout my career I have exceeded set targets and the expectations of customers which include many written compliments.
