About David Potts

I have a wide range of experience. I think I'm one of those people that wants to try it all but hasn't realized that there is not enough time in the day. I've had great deal of experience working with and troubleshooting electronic and electrical systems with a bulk of that experience coming from the automotive and motorcycle industry. From there I migrated to parts manager and shop foreman positions. During that time I attended college and began to pursue a career in accounting and business management. I worked for a while as a night auditor at a local motel/bar/restaurant before deciding that accounting, while I was good at it, was not stimulating enough for me. I attended more college and landed a job as a chef at the Old Depot restaurant for a semester or two. I then decided to break into the computer industry and used my accounting experience to land some small jobs working with computer based accounting systems. I helped people migrate from paper based accounting systems to computer based accounting. Eventually I landed a job at Allegany College of Maryland as a part time technician. Eventually my skills allowed to move up through several positions and now I work as the Network Engineer at the college. However, being a person that wants to experience many more things in life before my demise, I have begun to pursue several other business ventures. I have started a website dedicated to motorcycle sports which I work on as time allows. I plan on allowing much more time in the very near future for this particular venture. I also started to do free lance photography work and photography consultation. If anybody is stuck on a particular photography related problem, I can find the answer. I also offer training classes for the novice and the aspiring pro. As a minor business I also do free lance network and computer consultation. Need a system designed?
