Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universitas Brawijaya. A friendly and accurate Banker who is passionate about helping customers (by trying to fulfill their needs) and maintaining their trust in the bank. Hence, upgrading my soft skills and knowledge always become my priority. Previously active in handled project management and human resources area through 3 years of campus organization experience, internship as Project City Manager, and freelancer in HR Department. With those experiences, so far, I successfully enhanced myself with vital skills such as detail-oriented, good communication skills, leadership, and analytical thinking.
