Vice President of CSI/Thornton Surveying serving the greater Puget Sound region. A US Marine Corps veteran with more than 30 yrs of land surveying, boundary, and property consulting experience. Licensed in Washington ( Lic# 38986) and South Dakota (Reg#11272), as well as being a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS - Lic #1449) as provided by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). A CFedS is authorized to provide cadastral and title services to tribal entities and their members when dealing with trust transfers and other land related actions and in particular, those which may require approval of the BLM. CSI surveying was initially a construction-centric firm specializing in pre- and post- development aspects of a project but boundary and specialized tasks of our profession are now the focus and staple of our business model. Our niche is on Drone/UAV mapping (survey grade topography) and bathymetric data collection services and other sub-aquatic or water related tasks for small to mid-sized projects. We strive to make customer service just as important as the details of your project and to keep our clients informed, updated, and satisfied. We work with residential home owners and large real estate developers with equal concern and care.
