I’m a successful marketing executive with significant strategic planning experience having led cross-functional teams in developing the launch strategy and execution for two first-in-class brands – one in the U.S. and the other globally. My marketing leadership experience also includes leading the New Product Planning department responsible for all compounds from phase one to phase three development across numerous therapeutic areas. In addition, I’ve held leadership roles in market research, analytics and competitive intelligence with successful experience in organizational change management and innovation having been instrumental in both the development and restructuring of two major departments. I possess strong communications skills, a history of collaboration and an ability to influence and align across the organization. I’m passionate about what I do, inspiring others and cultivating an environment of innovation.
