Previously, this analysis could only be done by a single person (me) with all the knowledge and database access. This QlikSense application enables anyone to perform an analysis for any customer in about ten minutes, thereby enabling the entire enterprise to be more customer focused. As the Quality Manager, I initiated and executed four key projects aimed at quality improvement and process changes which resulted in a 55% reduction in warranty claims and a savings of approximately $200M.
