With over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, I have a passion for servant leadership, team development, and customer allegiance. I have successfully revamped and grown several staffing companies, including OpSource Staffing, Inc, where I increased revenues by 43% and EBITDA earnings by 56% in two years, and Pinnacle Staffing, Inc./ Peak Workforce Solutions, LLC where I started and managed two companies that supplied onsite programs for large-volume contract staffing. I have also established strategic partnerships, developed new business opportunities, and implemented quality assurance programs that enhanced the value proposition and brand recognition of the companies I served.
