At Arbor, we’re building something that matters: software used by institutions like the Dutch House of Representatives and national courts. As Head of R&D, I lead a team that develops and delivers stable, scalable solutions for high-stakes environments where high expectations and downtime isn’t an option. My roots are in QA and testing, and that experience continues to shape my leadership today. I understand what a good engineer needs to succeed—clear priorities, space to focus, and support when it counts. I’m looking for people who take ownership, value precision, ask tough questions, and take pride in improving what others overlook.
