About David Radue

I am a thoughtful problem solver with a diverse skillset. In my time at MIT Lincoln Laboratory – the national leader in several technology domains related to sensing and communications – my responsibilities have varied widely. I have transitioned from mechanical design to assembly and testing to fabrication engineering and to product lifecycle management (PLM) implementation. At each point along the way I have worked with multidisciplinary teams to produce world-class prototype systems. I have provided value across many different circumstances and have shown a knack for growth and leadership. On teams of brilliant scientists and engineers, I have consistently removed roadblocks and helped my teams maximize their capabilities. My communication skills differentiate me from my peers. I excel at delivering technical information to audiences with different backgrounds. Whether I am working with program managers or inspectors, engineers or machinists, I meet them where they are. I am also a strong public speaker. When teaming, I have a knack for distilling to core questions while also enumerating the most important secondary considerations. Lastly, I use my voice to advise and advocate for colleagues. I am looking for opportunities where my diverse engineering experience and communication skills will help a team with project management, systems engineering, fabrication, or PLM needs. I am also interested in a bigger career shift to a energy system or GIS role. As a long-time Scouter, I am passionate about working to leave the world better than I found it. At a time where innovation and commercialization are both essential, I am ready to jump and put my diverse skills to use.
