About David Rafuse

A entrepreneur with a passion for building meaningful communities through health, storytelling, and technology. In 2013, I founded Blended Athletics, a premium fitness facility in Nova Scotia with a mission to be the last gym anyone would ever need. Over the past decade, Blended has grown into a vibrant hub for transformation — empowering individuals and redefining what it means to be part of a gym. That same drive for excellence led me to create Ralli Marketing, an agency built to help companies tell their stories better and connect with their audiences authentically. In 2023, I successfully exited Ralli, proud of the impact we made. Now, in 2025, I’m launching my first tech venture: Train With Us — a mobile-first platform designed to connect people through fitness. Think: the social power of Meetup meets the performance of Slack. Our mission is to reduce loneliness and increase engagement by helping people find their fitness communities, join events, and connect with like-minded training partners. We’re currently in beta and set to launch in 2025. Whether it’s through coaching, content, or code — I believe wellness has the power to transform not just individuals, but the culture of entire companies and communities.
