About David Rahn

I am a seasoned business leader with over 18 years of experience as a C-level executive in various industries, including defense, real estate, financial services, and non-profit. I have a track record of increasing profitability, optimizing operations, managing projects, and leading teams. I have built four companies from inception to multi-million dollar enterprises, achieving an average 10.3% growth year-over-year. Most recently, I am an Advisor to the Army DASA IEE/CVD on contract through RER Solutions. Before that I was the Director of Enterprise Program Management at TeleSolv Consulting and COO for LIB SRC INC, both are federal/DOD contractors. I was responsible for strategic leadership, policy development, vendor maintenance, customer stewardship, and system integration. I led the implementation of a new accounting, vendor management, inventory control and procurement system that reduced material and part costs by 26% and freed up 8.6 hours per engineer per week. I also wrote the policies and procedures for all departments and systems, leading to ISO 9001 certification. I am now looking for new opportunities to leverage my skills and expertise in business optimization, program management preferably in the real estate/land acquisition field.
