I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) public policy and advocacy professional with a passion for building power in communities and creating systems-level change. Over the past six years, I’ve worked at the intersection of government, public health, labor, and equity - developing policy agendas, leading electoral and legislative campaigns, and forging partnerships that move people and ideas into action. Whether I’m writing testimony, shaping strategic messaging, managing a political campaign, or convening coalitions, I lead with authenticity, collaboration, and results. I bring deep experience in public affairs, grassroots organizing, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector communication and I believe the most effective change happens when people closest to the issues are also closest to the solutions.
