As a Customer Success Manager at SAP, I specialize in delivering Finance and Spend Management solutions to automotive clients in Germany. My role involves collaborating with customers to understand their unique financial and procurement challenges, guiding them in effectively adopting SAP's tools to enhance operational efficiency, and providing ongoing support to help them navigate the evolving automotive industry landscape. I am dedicated to empowering our automotive partners to achieve excellence through SAP's comprehensive solutions. Prior to this role, I served as a Solution Manager responsible for SAP’s cloud solutions in the Travel and Transportation industries. In that capacity, I supported customers globally in concert with SAP sales, marketing, and product development teams. With a digital-first approach, I assisted mid-market businesses in accelerating their transformation to the cloud. I also led social communication activities at scale and drove strategic business development campaigns to raise internal and external knowledge of cloud solutions. My foundational expertise was further strengthened by completing the SAP Academy for Customer Success, a comprehensive program designed to develop the next generation of customer success professionals.
