With over 20 years of industry experience in molecular and cell biology, protein engineering, and biotech automation, I have most recently performed as a Senior Scientist at Homology Medicines, a leading company in the field of gene therapy and gene editing. I collaborated in the discovery and optimization of vectorized antibodies, a novel platform that combines the advantages of viral vectors and monoclonal antibodies for the delivery of therapeutic genes. I have a strong track record of developing and implementing innovative scientific strategies, contributing to multiple publications and presentations, and achieving targeted goals. I am also a proven team-player, a consistent high performer, and a dedicated research professional.My core competencies include gene cloning, synthesis, assembly and sequencing, RNAi gene inhibition, protein optimization, tissue culture, cell-based assay, in-vivo studies, and data analysis.
