I’m a Commercial Manager at NCFE with over 16 years of experience helping deliver the tools that allow learners to overcome barriers to employment and access skilled jobs. My mission is simple: create opportunities that change lives by working collaboratively with devolved regions, employers, providers and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions for adult learners. I’m currently focused on Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire, I work in partnership with local authorities, employers, providers and stakeholders to develop strategies that align with regional priorities and funding landscapes. My goal is to create innovative, sustainable solutions that empower adult learners to gain the skills they need for high-quality employment opportunities. By leveraging data-driven insights, strong stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of local economic needs, I help shape programs that remove barriers to learning and drive social mobility. Passionate about collaboration, I ensure every solution supports both individual aspirations and regional growth objectives. With a strong background in digital skills, English, and maths through my previous Product Management role, I understand the challenges learners face and how innovative, data-driven strategies can make a real difference.
