About David Remy

I have been in the IT field in some shape or form since 1998 when I started working on home computers as a hobby. Once I graduated in 2002 I started working towards an Associate degree at a local community college and started making my hobby a little more serious. In late 2004 I was hired by Pine Creek High School as one of three onsite technicians. When hired at PCHS I was N+ certified and had extensive training in many of the MCSE/MCSA tests and had studied for the CCNA and A+ test but never taken the certification tests. On February 29, 2008 I married my wonderful wife. Now married, working towards a Bachelor of Science, Information Technology with an Emphasis in Network, and still working for the same high school I decided to make my ‘hobby’ an LLC. Remy Services, LLC was reborn, specializing in onsite computer repairs, malware removal and hardware support. Within the school district I have since moved up and now maintain all the physical security systems for the district and work with the IT team on various projects including SharePoint, SCCM, Exchange and AD. Specialties: SharePoint 2007, SharePoint 2010, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Deployment Services, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Sysprep, WinDSX, Panasonic Video Surveillance, System Center Configuration Manager, AvePoint, Remote Support with Bomgar, Onsite and Online Support, Malware and Virus Removal, Data Recovery and Laptop Repairs.
