About David Ridout

As a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor with 24 years of surveying experience, I have been involved in handling major schemes within a wide variety of sectors including Health, Education, Housing (private & commercial), Commercial and Conservation. My Primary roles include Traditional Quantity Surveying, Dilapidation surveying, Term Contracts, Cost Estimating and Planning, Procurement—Tendering and Evaluation, Value Engineering, Post Contract Cost Management, and Employer’s Agent Duties. I am familiar with a number of construction specific ICT formats including: CostOS, Building Information Modelling based estimate and cost management software; and also have detailed knowledge of NEC and JCT contract suites. Adams Fletcher & Partners is an RICS chartered company who employ five highly qualified surveyors, each with specialist experience in either Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Private sectors. Whether engaged as Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and/or Contract Administrators, every member of the team has the prerequisite skills and experience to establish and build strong communication and effective working relationships with the wider project team.
