I lead parts of the Nordic sales team at ETAP – a global software company specializing in power system solutions. My mission is to grow both our business and our people across the region. I’m responsible for sales in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Currently, I’m working hands-on in Sweden and Norway while supporting our sales reps in the other countries. Over the past year, I also took an active role in developing the Finnish market and helped onboard and coach our new Finnish colleague. I work primarily with large, complex customers where success means understanding the bigger picture and delivering complete solutions – not just software. I’m considered one of the most knowledgeable people globally within ETAP’s portfolio and often support colleagues around the world with both technical and strategic input. I’m especially recognized for identifying and creating strong synergies between ETAP and our strategic partners, including Schneider Electric and AVEVA. My leadership style is all about trust and accountability – giving people the freedom to act, backed by clear direction and support. I’m always there as a sounding board and backup when needed. My vision is to help my team become the best version of themselves. I bring a lot of positive energy to my work – and I enjoy spreading it. It’s contagious, and I often see how it impacts both colleagues and clients in a good way. I believe energy, presence, and engagement are key to building trust and making things happen. Looking ahead, I’m eager to continue growing – as a leader, as a person, and into larger roles in the future.
