I’ve always enjoyed taking complex data analytics and finding patterns to generate business process strategies that optimize operational business decisions. I've been fortunate to lead in Duke Energy’s customer experience transformation communicating the customer story into a meaningful business picture. In every project and program, I focus on delivering better customer engagement and products. I've particularly enjoyed when I get to develop new capacities and capabilities into the organization by understanding the data behind the story. It gives me a great deal of satisfaction to share my knowledge and create new ways to make an impact on our business. My strengths are being creative, a people builder, and a problem solver. I’m good at motivating those around me to be their best selves while delivering solutions in cross-functional collaboration. In terms of making a difference with what I do – I would bring a positive change by driving toward organizational transformation through my ability to lead healthy teams, bring innovative solutions, and always deliver.
