With over 17 years of experience in medical practice management, I lead the daily operations of Allergy Partners PLLC, a network of allergists and immunologists across multiple locations. My mission is to improve the operational and financial performance of healthcare organizations, while ensuring the highest quality of care for patients. My core competencies include billing and coding, contract negotiations, compliance program development, risk management, practice valuation, and strategic business planning. I have a Six Sigma Lean Greenbelt certification and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. I have reduced overhead costs, increased revenue, and enhanced patient satisfaction for various practices, from neurosurgery to orthopedics. I have also published articles on practice marketing, such as how to protect PHI with a biometric solution and the hurdles of prior authorizations. Additionally, I have experience in practice start-up, consolidation, and design, as well as EHR, PM, and EMR implementation. I am always looking for new ways to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and empower my team. I am also actively involved in several professional associations and advisory boards in the healthcare industry.
