OVERVIEW:I have an extensive and multi-functional background that includes engineering, training & development, project management, and product management specialty areas. Although my primary experience is in the biomedical device field, I have a broad set of industry-transferable skills.Throughout my career, I have established and maintained a record of impactful contributions to key initiatives and goals, including successful product launches, team performance improvement, and quality excellence, among others. The document was subsequently used as a template for newly released devices and a released document used by Field Service worldwide for effective parts management. Introduced multiple new devices for use by Field Service over the years, including Serial to USB Adaptor, Prybar, Methanol product, and Touch Screen Packaging. Built the first repository containing all service-related documentation. Subsequently, evolved the repository into a new, well-structured, and easy-to-access OneDrive site. Wrote a unique “Hints, Tips, and Tricks” reference document for one of the company’s devices that the Field Service team could use when troubleshooting issues in the field. Designed a fully functional open platform replica of an existing biomedical device. The open platform became an integral part of the service trainings as it allows real-time viewing of the inner workings within the device, as they would on a closed system.
