In 2015, I have officially joined PSE & G's Delivery Projects & Construction (DP & C) Environmental Health and Safety office. I manage DP & C's third-party EHS compliance audit program and have four direct reports to provide field oversight for the program.The program also includes auditing and risk-based approval of the waste disposal and recycling facilities used by DP & C construction projects. This is the fulfillment of my extensive and successful career in compliance auditing and in sustainable pollution prevention. My best wishes to all my connections on LinkedIn. I received my Certified Hazardous Material Manager credential in 2014, after being a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor for over 10 years. exemplifying my commitment to continuous learning. In my capacity at that time, I was given the nickname "the Professor", the same I earned for the previous two electric and gas utilities I served. This illustrates my proficiency at explaining and coaching teammates and customers effectively in the complex environmental commitments we must achieve. I am an experienced EHS professional with a successful work record of results in EHS excellence. My strengths include team leadership, process and procedure improvement, and meeting goals by achieving EHS excellence. Expertise includes project and contract (sourcing) management, EHS compliance ( waste, water, toxics, and DOT ), training, and asset recovery(sustainability). I am now building on my 5 years supervisory experience for both professional and hourly employees. Specialties: EHS auditing, permitting, training, sustainability through compliance, asset recovery, and stewardship of human resources.
