Experienced and multi-certified Salesforce.com consultant with a key focus on adoption and users’ interface/experience with numerous end to end implementations to date. David has provided training documentation for end users and administrators. Configuration experiences range from Group, Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited orgs as well as Partner and Customer Communities. Planned and lead training sessions in every combination of 1:1, group, train the trainer both virtually and in person. David’s day to day responsibilities include requirement gathering, providing detailed solutions with documentation, completing “clicks not code” action items and assigning technical items to developers. David has worked with partners to promote, install, configure and implement applications like Conga, DB Sync, Cirrus and others and has extensive prior experience in inside and outside sales, account management, as well as management of service, warranty, installation, repair and maintenance departments. Prior to Salesforce work, he acquired in-depth knowledge of the flooring industry for over 12 years including installation, specialized products and tools as well as performing inspections and warranty claims.
